The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is now offering LiveScan Fingerprinting Services on a walk-in basis every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The fee for this service is $70. LiveScan provides fast and secure electronic fingerprinting for a wide range of state-approved purposes.
Common fingerprinting purposes for a fee of $70 include but are not limited to:
- Employment & Training (including criminal justice and school employees)
- Volunteer Background Checks (school, child care, and other vulnerable populations)
- Child Care Licensing (daycare, foster care, Head Start, and child protection programs)
- Health Care Licensing & Employment (licensed professionals, home health, adult foster care, etc.)
- Law Enforcement Academy & Criminal Justice Employment
- Private Security, Private Investigators, and Security Guards
- State Licensing Requirements (liquor license, medical marijuana, racing commission, etc.)
- Other State or Federal Compliance Requirements
Concealed Pistol License Finger Printing Services are $15
