Behind the scenes, the staff of Bay County Building and Grounds perform all maintenance needs, from grounds maintenance at all county facilities (including Civic Arena, Community Center, Fairgrounds, Pinconning Park, etc.), to installing and servicing the mechanical equipment in all facilities. Our goal is not only to repair but to keep equipment updated to stay current with present and future technology. The office is busy coordinating scheduled maintenance, facility rentals, and planning for future renovation and expansion projects.
