The Judiciary, including the District, Circuit Court, and Probate Courts and the office of the County Clerk, when acting in the capacity of Clerk for the Circuit Court, are not considered public bodies and, therefore, are not subject to FOIA. Court records must be requested at the Bay County Court Facility at 1230 Washington Avenue, Bay City, Michigan, 48708. Court staff is available by telephone Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
