Report Neglect

Did you know that, according to the Humane Society, only 10% of animal abuse and neglect is reported to the appropriate authorities? Abuse can be defined as the physical abuse of an animal. Neglect can be defined as the failure to properly feed an animal at appropriate times; provide cover for a dog when kept outside, either from the sun or in cold weather; failure to properly groom an animal; and failure to see to the medical needs of an animal.
