Many individuals call Department on Aging to obtain telephone numbers for other community programs. The Bay-Arenac Call Center at United Way of Bay County maintains the most up-to-date inventory of private non-profit agencies and services in our community. If a senior or family member contacts Department on Aging seeking specific information about another agency's location, address, or services, we do our best to provide that information. Call (989) 895-4100 or toll-free 1-877-229-9960 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for more information.

Perhaps you know of someone who could use the services of Bay County Department on Aging, are 60 years and better, and homebound, i.e., does not leave their home under normal circumstances. If so, please complete the form below and a member of the staff will be happy to contact you.
