Membership Guidelines

  • Senior is anyone 60 years and older at time of sale.
  • Junior is anyone 18 years and younger at time of sale. Concussion Form Required.
  • College is anyone ages 19-24 as a fulltime student at time of sale. Must be able to present valid I.D.
  • A Couple constitutes 2 individuals in the same household. Must be able to show proof of residency.
  • High School Player -  anyone playing on a high school team listed below that plays at the Bay County Golf Course. (Bay City Central, Essexville Garber and All Saints)  Season is defined by:
  • High School Boys - Opening of golf course until June 10th. 
  • High School Girls - August 1st until the golf course closes for the season.
  • Cart Season Pass is for the card holder only.  No other players are allowed to use your golf cart for their round.  Additional rider must purchase cart with round of golf.
  • Trail Fee - cart use is allowable only for family members who reside in the household that is listed on Season Pass Application.
  • All minors need to have a signed concussion form with their membership application.
  • 5 Day memberships constitutes Monday through Friday.
  • All prices are fixed. There is no deviation from the approved fees by the Board of Commissioners.
  • Season Passes are to be paid in full before you can start playing.  No partial payments.
  • No starting on #10 without permission from the golf course staff.
  • We encourage booking tee times in order to play at your requested time.
  • $25.00 Processing Fee for Credit/Debit card transactions for season passes.
  • No Refunds
  • Season Passes are valid from the day the golf course opens in the season until November 1st in that particular season.
  • Season Pass Holders must check in with Pro Shop before you tee off. A receipt is required for the Starters/Rangers. Initial:____________
