Rules and Regulations
Pinconning Park is open to the public. Park staff reserves the right to have anyone removed from the park for rules violations, unsafe activities, and/or alleged criminal activities. Violation of Pinconning Park Rules and Regulations shall be reason for eviction from the Pinconning Park, without refund.
- The beach and day-use areas are open from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Profanity, drunk and/or disorderly conduct, fighting, threatening, indecent or assaultive behavior is not permitted at Pinconning Park.
- There are no lifeguards on duty at Pinconning Park at any time.
- Vehicle speed limits are limited to maximum of 10 MPH at Pinconning Park.
- Fireworks are not permitted at any time on Pinconning Park property.
- No hunting is allowed on any area of Pinconning Park.
- Firearms are not permitted on Pinconning Park property, except for the purpose of legal transport of the firearm.
- Motorized vehicles are not permitted on any park trail.
- Campsite and cabin check in/check out time is 3:00 p.m.
- Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Registered park/cabin visitors only after 10:00 p.m. All other park visitors must vacate the park by 10:00 p.m.
- Cabin and/or campsite renters must be 18 years old.
- Not more than one camp, occupied by a single family, or a group of not more than four unrelated persons shall camp overnight on a single campsite.
- All vehicle permits, park fees, camp and cabin fees shall be paid on time.
- Camping and cabin extensions are made through the park office. Advance reservations are recommended.
- Campsites/cabin areas must be clean and orderly at all times. Park staff reserve the right to evict from the park any camper/cabin renter that maintains a site that is deemed unsafe, or detrimental to the general appearance of Pinconning Park.
- Not more than two registered vehicles on a cabin/campsite at any time.
- Not more than one tent and one trailer, or two tents allowed per campsite.
- Not more than one picnic table is allowed per site.
- Park staff approval is required to set up a porch, or deck on a campsite.
- All refuse, trash, etc. shall be placed in a park trash can. No littering is allowed at any time in the park. Do not place trash, garbage in a fire ring.
- Noise levels must be controlled at all times. Any noises, including music, voice levels, generators are limited to a volume that cannot be heard at the closest campsite, or cabin area.
- Use of loud speakers, or amplified sound equipment is not permitted in any area of the park without prior park staff consent.
- Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings only. Campfires are not permitted on the beach. Extinguish fires prior to leaving a campsite/cabin.
- It is a violation to cut, or remove any tree or limb, dead or alive on park property.
- Pets must have current licenses, must be under control of owner at all times, must be on a 6 ft. leash, must not be left unattended, and are not allowed in the beach area. No excessive barking, or aggressive dogs are allowed. Owners shall promptly pick up animal waste from pets.
- Pinconning Park does not provide refunds for early departures
