Risk Management

The Department of Corporation Counsel serves as Risk Manager for Bay County. Bay County is self-insured and is a member and receives liability and property coverage through the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (MMRMA).

Amber Davis-Johnson serves as Member Representative for Bay County. Jayson Hoppe and Nicole LaDouce act as Member Contacts. 

As Risk Manager, the Department of Corporation Counsel provides internal services for Bay County and its employees. These services include:
